It was a reliable and absolutely great hotel, nestled in an original building. Everything was great. They gave me a perfectly clean and quiet room with a pull-out couch sofa bed and weights. Our room 410 was either not vacuumed or done very poorly there were all sorts of bits of trash all over the floor and hair in the tub and bathroom floor.

The hotel itself is nicely decorated and has a modern feel to it. The room was clean, the bed was sufficiently cozy, and the shower was both hot and had strong pressure.

The staff left something to be desired. The front desk initially provided keys that did not work, then provided correct keys to a room already occupied by another guest, and then finally provided the correct keys to the right room. The staff apologized for their mistakes but it was discomforting to think that they may repeat it and give another guest keys to my room. I made sure to doubly lock my doors to prevent an unwelcome visit.

The hotel has a marvelous location close to various restaurants. The indoor swimming pool is great. The room is a nice size, with a pull-out sofa and a King bed. The hotel offers weights for guests to use. The food is good and decent.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The location, being close to both Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, was a big factor in my choice and made it convenient for exploring these attractions. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The rooms were well-appointed with basic amenities, including a comfortable king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great perk, allowing me to start my day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I had a positive experience.

Did not like the fact entrance doors to hotel were NEVER locked even though they had the card open/locks on walls by doors. Anyone off streets could walk in.
